Growling Through

Gregori opened one eye at the tap on his shoulder. “Ah, we are ready to go then?” he asked, offering up the captain’s coat.

“Yes, we are,” Nathan replied cheerfully, lifting the trench coat off the big man’s arm.

Humming, the titan rose smoothly, brushing the ceiling with his fingertips as he stretched. Gregori cracked his neck and asked the captain, “Does you being so happy, have anything to do with how ferocious Hendrick is?”

Nathan chuckled. “Definitely. Did he say anything to you?”

“No, but he frightened the pretty security guard when she didn’t buzz him through fast enough.”
